Created at Theatre Sévelin 36, Lausanne, Switzerland, 2004
29’ is a solo contemporary dance lasting 29 minutes.
The dancer is constrained inside a spatial and temporal device:
a ceiling of 144 light bulbs (12 x 12) of which the luminous intensity increases regularly.
In the same lapse of time, the light bulbs gradually move closer to the floor, thus reducing the dancer’s vital space.
The audience surround this device, which goes from total darkness to an overexposure of light,
playing with the progressive visual perception of the audience.
The dancer undresses little by little, her movements become slower and slower, her trajectory expresses life and death.

「29’」は２９分に及ぶソロダンス作品である。
ダンサーは拘束的な宇宙時空を想起させる舞台装置の中にいる。
舞台には１４４個（１２×１２）の電球が吊り下がった天井。
そしてこの電球は規則的に明度を増す。
この間に、電球は徐々に地面に近づき、ダンサーの可動空間は狭まっていく。
完全な闇から過度な光の露出環境に至り、前衛的な視覚効果を及ぼすこの舞台装置に、観客は再び立ち戻る。
ダンサーは少しずつ切り詰められ、次第にゆったりとした動きになっていく。
生と死を表す弧を描くように。
