Between 1999 and 2002 the Minuteman Collective created a dozen performances in diverse Swiss cultural places
(museums, art galleries, theatres, festivals and public places).
These performances mixed dance and the visual arts, questioning the relation between humanity and technology.
The Minuteman Collective offers a laboratory on stage where various visual, sensory and corporal experiments take place.
Each performance lasts exactly 8’40”, just the time it takes to express one simple and outstanding idea.

（美術館、ギャラリー、公共施設、劇場、フェスティバル）において１２回の公演を行った。
ダンスとヴィジュアルアートの中間に位置するこのパフォーマンスは、テクノロジーに面した人間の関わりを探る。
「Minuteman collectif」は演劇の実験場を企て、そこでは映像的、知覚的、身体的なさまざまな実験が繰り広げられる。
パフォーマンスの時間はちょうど８分４０秒。
すなわちこれが、シンプルかつ力強い概念を表現するために要する時間である。
